Hi Pebble,

I use the granules, do not mind it at all, tastes of nothing, a bit sandy. Only need half a sachet to be "normal" for 2 days, on the whole use one sachet a week. Do now swallow a comprehensive multy vitamin, and I suppose time will tell if that is enough. I had numerous vitamin def before I started this colestipol..It has given me my life back, Imodium gave me terrible cramps, But we all are very different. I know some one who takes 2 sachets of the colestipol a day, she is my Mums age, and doing fine, up till now, another youngster who lives of Imodium and codeine, plus diet, who is doing OK.
Its all a compromise; which option is better depends on the individual I expect...A normal working body is best I am sure.

Hope for you you may return back to "normal"!

Kind regards,
Marre.
